Principles
The
company's philosophy and approach are based on the following principles
- Counselling
may change perceptions, can open up additional options for action
and initiate change - however, it must not "sell" blueprint solutions.
- Trainings
are practice oriented, take the previous knowledge of participants
into account, strengthen their competencies and thus contribute to
improving the quality of work.
- Concept
development, training and counselling is most effective if it is designed
as a compre-hensive system and reinforces each other.
- Our products
will only be planned and produced as a joint effort with our clients.
- In handling
complex problems interdisciplinary teams working in a systemic manner
are more effective as compared to experts or consultants working in
isolation.
- Changes
and development are a continuous process - this holds true for our
client's systems as well as for ourselves.
